The Last of Us delayed until June

Today developer Naughty Dog announced that they are pushing back the release of their upcoming survival cation game The Last of Us to June 14th.
“[sic]As we entered the final phase of development for The Last of Us, we came to realise just how massive Joel and Ellie’s journey is. But instead of cutting corners or compromising our vision, we came to the tough decision that the game deserved a few extra weeks to ensure every detail of The Last of Us was up to Naughty Dog’s internal high standards.”
Naughty Dog is best known for their totally not raciest Uncharted trilogy. Can Naughty Dog capture the same lightning in a bottle, or will their newest game be doomed to failure this close to generation end?
