Nintendo Direct Comes With Some Big News
This latest Nintendo Direct came with some rather big news, which you can watch above. so in no specific order:
First up was a new Mario And Luigi 3DS title due out this summer. Details are scarce as the game was just today announced. But we did get some nice screens!
Next we have the official release date for Animal Crossing: New Leaf, a personal favorite. The game will be out June 9th in North America.
Also set to come out this summer is Mario Golf: World Tour, a game which, like most of the other titles announced, we know nothing about. But like all the others, we got some fun screens.
And finally, Donkey Kong Country Returns 3D was announced, set to release this summer.
All and all, its looking like a very strong year for the the once in trouble 3DS. It wasn’t too long ago that the games industry was collectively writing off Nintendo’s latest handheld as yet another Virtual Boy. Will these new titles send the 3DS back down the path of the original DS, a path of success and triumph, or will it all be for not?
