]]> The next DLC for SimCity has been revealed  prematurely, with a surprise of what kind of DLC was in store for us. With a new experience for the game a creator can now build an Amusement Park full of a ton of features to expand the the park to your desire. 

The DLC called the Amusement Park Pack will be available May 28th. We don’t have know how much the DLC will be or if they will be giving it away again.

Responding to the leak, the official SimCity Twitter page confirmed the DLC will be released on 28th May.

“Some of you may have seen thrilling new #SimCity content that arrived too early at the gate,” read the tweet. “It's coming May 28. We think you'll be amused.”

We’re glad to finally be able to announce our dialogues with Sony, regarding a potential console release! We don’t want to promise anything yet, but we’ve been talking with them for a while, and are now in the process of ironing out the details. We have yet to nail what a quality port would demand from us as well, but things are looking bright!

We want as many people as possible to be able to play Among the Sleep, so we would love to make the PS4-version possible.

]]> Among the Sleep, Krillbite Studio’s first-person horror game played from the eyes of a two-year old, is getting a free public alpha tomorrow. The Alpha is set to go up on their Kickstarter page tomorrow at 11am PST.

Among the Sleep has already passed the $180,000 mark, with 4 days to go to reach their goal of $200,000. So we hope you and your friends who haven’t bought the game should get down to their page and get a copy to support this amazing game.

Also if they somehow manage to reach there stretch goal of $225K they will be adding support for the Oculus Rift. Take a look at this really cool video showing off the support of the game.

 

 

This amazing game will be coming out sometime later this year in December for PC, Mac, and Linux.

]]> A PC version of Grand Theft Auto 5 was spotted on a couple of German retail websites with details of a special edition.

Both Amazon Germany and GamesOnly.at had listings for the insispated next Grand Theft Auto game (thanks, NeoGAF).

Also found was a special edition briefly detailed on GamesOnly that was said to contain the following:

  • SteelBook with exclusive artwork
  • World map
  • Stunt-planes challenges
  • Online-store concessions
  • Bonus outfits
  • Bonus tattoos
  • Special abilities booster
  • Exclusive weapons

GTA fan site GTA-extreme.de got confermened that this listing is in fact, accurate. The statement translated to

“We can confirm that the content, as it is stated in the item description is correct.”

]]> Over the last few months there have been quite a lot of rumors about the next Xbox needing an internet connection always to use the machine. As of today we have a new leak from the project Durango (code name for the next Xbox) as it will offer an offline mode to play single player as well a lot more from the next Xbox. Here is what the leak from the official document:

“Durango [the codename for the next Xbox] is designed to deliver the future of entertainment while engineered to be tolerant of today’s Internet,” read the memo obtained by Ars Technica. “There are a number of scenarios that our users expect to work without an Internet connection, and those should ‘just work’ regardless of their current connection status. Those include, but are not limited to: playing a Blu-ray disc, watching live TV, and yes playing a single-player game.”

 

We still don’t have all the aspects from the next Xbox and information if there is or will be a requirement for having internet. So we do hope that Microsoft will make the better choice for the fans of the Xbox world.

]]> Valve has accepted three more games to their collection for the Steam Greenlight program, where an indie developer can submit their game to vale and have the community vote on the games they want to buy from the developers.

The three games that got greenlit are:

  • Edge of Space – a 2D sandbox
  • Venetica – a third-person action/adventure
  • Papers, Pleases - a “dystopian document thriller” about immigration.

 

“We have decided to Greenlight a smaller batch this time, so we can move more quickly,” wrote Valve in its announcement. “There are lots of titles getting attention, so we are likely to continue Greenlighting titles in this quicker, but smaller batch fashion.”

]]> Open world Watch Dogs is coming out on November 19th, 2013 for this gen and next-gen console (PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, Wii U, PC). The new trailer shows off a real trailer of what is going on with the story of the game other than in-game footage.

Also announced in the UK is the special additions to the game which are only in the UK but hopefully in the USA to.

“The Special Edition” It includes the Breakthrough Pack, an exclusive mission and a vehicle perk for free and cheaper in-game cars.

“Uplay Exclusive Edition” It comes in a Steelbook case and includes three exclusive missions, the Breakthrough Pack, plus two others – the Signature Shot and Palace Pack.

“The Vigilante Edition” You get a replica of Aiden Pearce’s baseball cap and mask, a soundtrack, the Palace Pack and a snazzy box.

“The Dedsec Edition” You get all three exclusive missions mentioned above, the soundtrack, Steelbook case, an artbook, a map, collectible cards, badges and a 23cm Aiden Pearce figurine.

Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 Uprising DLC has a date for the PS3 and PC set for May 16th and is already on the Xbox 360.

As some of you already know Uprising is the second DLC map pack for the Black Ops 2 and it contains four new multiplayer maps (Magma, Encore, Vertigo and Studio) and a new Mob of the Dead zombie game type with new  characters starring Ray Liotta, Michael Madsen, Chazz Palminteri and Joe Pantoliano.

]]> Counter Strike: Global Offensive developer Valve has announced Operation Payback a community DLC of the seven top rated maps now on official servers. 

The DLC pass will cost $2.99 on sale from $5.99 for a limited time offer. The money is split from Valve and the creators of the maps but no specifications on how much will be going to the creators of the maps. 

Included in Operation Payback are the following maps Museum, Downtown, CS1.1 classic Thunder, Motel, Favela, dockside area Seaside, and the labyrinthine Library.

This DLC is applied to the PC, PS3 and Xbox 360 and is running on official servers until more community servers are able to add the maps.

]]> As many of you may already know, a games retailer from the UK dropped the ball today when they accidentally released an advertisement for the yet unannounced Call of Duty: Ghosts. Little is known about the game as of yet, but it’s probably safe to say that this will most likely be a sequel to the Modern Warfare series as it stars our old dead friend “Ghost” from said series.

Additionally, it turns out that Target dropped the ball as well when their accidentally leaked advertisement announced the games release date, November 5th 2013. All of this should hardly come as a surprise to anyone, we always see a new Call of Duty every year and every year its existence is let loose by an overzealous retailer. From what we can tell the game is only known to be on the PS3 and Xbox 360 (and PC presumably), however there is no news about the games next-gen status.

But what do you think? Will this next CoD be yet another smash hit or will it leave gamers wanting more?
